5 Nights/6 Days (Kathmandu/Rafting in Trisuli/Chitwan/Pokhara/ Bhaktapur/Nagarkot)

Day 1: Arrive at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport. Get transferred to a hotel. Spend the afternoon and evening in leisure at the hotel or go sightseeing to the local Swayambhunath, an ancient Buddhist stupa.

Day 2: After an early morning breakfast drive to River Trishuli for five-hour rafting on the river cruising down the river in an inflatable rubber raft. Lunch and dinner are arranged on the trip. Spend night in a tent on the riverbank.

Day 3: Check in at one of the beautiful jungle resorts in Royal Chitwan National Park after breakfast and go on nature walks, jungle safari or canoe ride.

Day 4: Start for Pokhara by road after an early morning breakfast. The six-hour trip is pleasant passing through lush green mountains, icy Himalayan peaks, sandy river sides and valleys. On reaching Pokhara, the rest of day can be spent boating or relaxing by Phewa.

Day 5: Proceed to Sarangkot for an early morning sunrise view from region's best viewpoint. Take a flight back to Kathmandu after breakfast.

After lunch, go cultural sightseeing at the old city Bhaktapur. Make way to Nagarkot from Bhaktapur for a half an hour drive to view the Himalayan sunset and partake in a relaxing sundowner at any of local hotels and resort before driving down.

Day 6: Free for adequate personal activities till departure from hotel to Tribhuvan International Airport.
